Identification and Analysis of Corrosion Mechanisms for Ground Pipelines with Hanging Rings

چکیده
Recently, corrosion perforation has been frequently seen in surface pipelines the oil and gas industry, resulting operational environmental challenges. Due to complex characteristics mechanisms of such corrosion, a new pragmatic method designed identify evaluate phenomenon via hanging ring installed pipeline. In addition respectively analyzing ions water samples with chemical titration, ion chromatography, mass spectrometry, micro-surface morphology corroded rings was observed evaluated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), composition analyzed X-ray diffraction (XRD). The each selected position were found mainly contain Ca2+, Ba2+, SO42−, HCO3−, while barium scale calcium carbonate formed situ. common induced CO2, both CO2 H2S leads extremely serious scaling pipelines. addition, injection dose inhibitor also evaluated.
